This place never disappoints. Food is excellent and exceptional. Everything is cooked to perfection. The atmosphere feels like you are in Thailand. If you are a person who likes Thai food you need to stop here and eat their food.

Mom Can Cook in Santa Clarita is one of our favorite Thai restaurants! The food is absolutely delicious — you can really taste the freshness and authentic flavors in every dish. Our go-to is the Pad Thai with chicken, and our kids can’t get enough of their fried rice. The best part? When you order a Thai tea, it comes with the cutest frozen bear made out of Thai tea! 🧸🧋 Such a fun and creative touch that makes the experience even more special. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves amazing food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed! 😋🍜

Okay so it seems it’s a hit & miss with this restaurant. Some love it and others don’t. I might be on the side of “don’t”. The food, it was ok. This was the first Thai restaurant I’ve been to where your food comes out in less than 10 mins. Crazy. But once I got my food I can see why. I was there by myself and I ordered two dishes. Chicken teriyaki & green curry. I’m not used to having my curry in a for of soup, it came in a bowl with lots of broth. I’m used to eating a thicker — sauce? I’m not sure what to call it but the curry I’m used to eating is much thicker than what I receive. It is as almost a chicken soup. The chicken itself, was bland. There was no seasoning and I’m thinking the chicken is cooked separately and then added to the broth but the chicken wasn’t there long enough to get the flavor. Moving onto my second plate, chicken teriyaki… this dish confirmed what I stated previously. The chicken is cooked separately and without seasoning. It was bland. Even with all the peanut sauce on it. Somewhat the same issue as the first dish, the bottom of my plate was covered in a broth. Not thick enough to call it a sauce— sooo! Holy Thai food! Can’t believe we hadn’t tried Mom Can Cook Thai Kitchen before — the food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is fantastic. It’s a family-run spot, and the decor truly makes you feel like you’ve been transported to Thailand. We sampled a variety of dishes and can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu. We left with full bellies and big smiles!

Been coming here for many years now, and it's hands down one of my very favorites! I haven't had a dish I didn't like! Their soups are especially delicious and my favorite is mom's traditional hometown soup. Their yellow curry is absolutely amazing. I wanted to try something I didn't normally order so this time I tried the teriyaki lunch special which was very good. If you're in the area please give them a try!
